Stafford isn’t short on beautiful countryside, making it an massive destination for summer vibes. Made with Tanqueray No. Ten gin, Aperol, Appletiser and Prosecco, this cocktail is perfect for sipping on a hazy sunny afternoon when you need that hit of ice cold, fruity refreshment.
A town with heritage like Stafford deserves a drinks menu that’s just as grounded in history. That’s why we’re proud to be serving up cocktails like the Whiskey Sour, which is said to have existed since 1870. We do it justice by making it the traditional way – Monkey Shoulder whiskey, egg white, lemon and a dish of bitters. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
Camden Pale Ale
For a town that’s big on properly brewed craft ales, we’re bringing along a selection from all around the world. We’d recommend this one from London, an easy drinking bitter that’s made traditionally but with a kick of American hops for a bit of an extraordinary twist.

We’re taking the flavours of Stafford’s traditional sweet shops to an extraordinary level, by offering up a selection of vodka flavours that exemplify the tastes of classic sweet treats, such as Grandpa’s Vintage Mint, Jelly Baby, Bakewell Tart, Sour Berry, Pear Drop and Mango & Pineapple
