This is a sharer recipe because when it comes to cocktails, the more the merrier. As you’ll discover, this is a crisp, refreshing taste of summer, best served on a deck chair in the garden.
50 ml of Bloom gin
2 bottles of Fever Tree tonic water
Fill a large jar with cubed ice. Add the gin and strawberries. Top with tonic water and share with friends.
You could also make this using Beefeater gin and garnish with grapefruit and lemon, instead of strawberries.
