It’s summer. You need a cocktail that’s light, refreshing and bursting with zesty tropical flavours.

In fact, we might have taken that ‘light’ part a bit too seriously with this one. Because this one is really light. As in, we-used-a-bag-instead-of-a-glass light.

Whatever the receptacle, this is a goddamn perfect summer cocktail. Believe us, it’s BAGS of fun.

Glass

Cocktail bag

Ingredients

50ml Ketel One vodka

12.5ml Cointreau

25ml passion fruit purée

12.5ml elderflower cordial

100ml San Pellegrino Limonata

Garnish

2 Pineapple leaves

Method

Grab a boston glass and fill it with ice. Then, add the Ketel One vodka, Cointreau, passion fruit purée and elderflower cordial. Give it all a good old shake. Now, grab your cocktail bag and fill it up to halfway with ice. Strain the contents of the boston glass over the ice in the bag. Top it all up with San Pellegrino Limonata. Pop in your two pineapple leaves and tie the bag so the tops of the leaves are left sticking out of the bag.

It’s a bag of sunshine that will actually cool you down. Enjoy it outside with friends.
