Christmas Party Dining at Revolution
If it's your job to organise the Christmas party, you'll want to make sure that you get the food right, and that everyone has a fantastic time that they'll still be talking about well into the new year.
Here are some of the things that you'll need to think about if you're organising the food for your Christmas party this year:
Menu
Will you choose a traditional Christmas dinner of turkey and all the trimmings, or will you be adventurous and choose something else for your Christmas party this year? Why not ask people what sort of things they want, and see if you can combine the traditional with the modern.
Here at Revolution, we have a host of Christmas party menus to suit all tastes and budgets, so whatever your requirements, you can be assured that you will be well catered for.
Buffet Or Sit Down Meal?
For an informal Christmas party, choosing a buffet menu may be the best option as people can serve themselves, and make sure that they get the food they like to eat.
A more formal Christmas party, however, may be better served by the sense of occasion that comes with a sit down meal. Perhaps it will be easier if everybody chooses their meal in advance and so the meal can be served much quicker, and everybody gets what they want. This means that there will be more time afterwards for the main entertainment! It also means that the food can be served as soon as you are ready for it.
Speeches
The Christmas party can also be used as a good time to make speeches, presentations, or announcements. Perhaps you'll have an annual award ceremony, or a more humorous prize giving. You might need to make sure that every guest can hear, or is in the same room at the same time if you're having a buffet.
As the Christmas party is the highlight of the working year for many people, it's vital that the food is right. Make sure that you're organised well in advance so that there are no last minute surprises.
