The first Revolution bar opened on Oxford Road in Manchester in 1996 and Revolution is now one of the largest bar operators in the UK with over 60 bars in England, Scotland and Wales.
For the last 3 years we have been voted a Sunday Times Top 100 "Best Companies to Work for". We consider this one of our biggest achievements as this is voted for by Revolution staff.
We believe that real service and genuine hospitality are the key to our success and earns us the respect and sometimes even the love of our customers...Something that's probably more important than all those shiny awards we've won (although they're pretty nice too!)
Getting the food, drinks and music spot on and the bar looking fantastic are critical, but it's great people who make the difference to our business.
