Superfoods aren’t exactly known for being the most indulgent snack on the planet.

No one ever said ‘let’s take it easy, watch some Netflix and warm up some chia seeds, yeah?’.

Plus, it tastes delicious. You can’t really argue with greek yoghurt. It’s just awesome.

This lean, green health-freaks dream is what you’ve probably heard loads of fitness obsessives go on about, and to be fair, it’s so damn full of antioxidants, fiber, calcium and iron that you can’t really argue with them.

However, what you probably don’t know is that it’s actually quite delicious, especially when mixed into the right salad. Give it a try and start reaping those benefits you’ve heard so much about.

This pink wonder is another one of those foods that ticks all the boxes. It’s stupidly tasty and good for you, as its bursting with omega-3 fatty acids, which has been heavily proven to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Why do we just not always eat salmon? Why even bother with chicken ever?

(We don’t really mean that…sorry chicken, we love you too).


Protein. Omega-3 fatty acids. Low calorie. Great for dipping toast in.

That’s right. You never even knew it, but the humble egg is a bit of an unsung superfood hero.
