You know how we love nothing more than meddling with the old and mixing up the new?!

Well, this time round is no exception. We’ve taken the classic Blue Hawaiian and tickled it pink, by blending vodka and grenadine in place of rum and blue Curaçao.

The result? A sweet, tropical ticket straight to tasty island.*

*We cannot confirm you will be taken straight to tasty island, as flights typically layover at Sour peninsula depending on the season-ing. We also cannot confirm tasty island actually even exists.

Equipment

Hurricane glass
Blender

Ingredients

37.5ml Ketel One vodka
12.5ml amaretto
12.5ml grenadine syrup
25ml Coco Reàl
50ml pineapple juice
12.5ml lime juice
2 fresh pineapple wedges
Crushed ice

Garnish

Lime wheel
Fresh raspberries
Classic cocktail umbrella

Method

This one’s easy. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and purée on high speed until smooth, creamy and dreamy.

Then pour the blend into a chilled, ice-filled hurricane glass. Spear your lime wheel and a raspberry with your cocktail umbrella, balance on the rim of the glass and voilá! You’re all set, ready to be whisked away to paradise!
