Revolution bars are part of Revolution Bars Group plc. Revolution Bars Group plc is a UK based company whose registered office is 21 Old Street, Ashton-under-Lyne, Tameside OL6 6LA. Company Number 08838504.
At Revolution bars, the safety and security of our staff and customers is paramount. Revolution bars operate a minimum check 21 policy. If you are lucky enough to look younger than 21 then please be prepared to prove your age with valid and current identification. This can be either a UK driving licence, passport, or PASS identification card bearing the PASS hologram. Some bars may operate a check 25/30 policy so if in doubt please check with the bar you are visiting. Many Revolution bars, in conjunction with local authority guidance, operate an ID seizure policy whereby false ID will be confiscated and handed over to the police. Revolution bars support the responsible consumption of alcohol and reserve the right to refuse service to customers who are, or appear to be, intoxicated. Tap water is freely available in all our bars upon request. A random search policy of all customers may be implemented depending on prevailing conditions, risk assessment or police advice. Revolution bars operate a zero tolerance policy on drugs. Customers suspected of dealing or using drugs will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Customers are advised that Revolution bars work continually with local authorities to ensure Revolution venues are fully compliant on all aspects of health and safety and crime and disorder. CCTV is in operation in all Revolution bars.

10pm Curfew and Booking Update – 24th September
In line with the updated Government COVID-19 guidelines, from 24th September we are closing our bars at 10pm which means that the last table booking will be for 9pm.
We require customers to wear a facemask when moving in and around the venue and can be removed when seated.
We also require customers to check in to NHS Track & Trace when visiting.
The Rule of Six still applies and more detail can be found below. Further local lockdown restrictions still apply.
Rule of Six Booking Update
Our company policy is that we will not accept any bookings over six people. In Scotland, this is restricted to a maximum of two households per booking. In Wales, this is restricted to a maximum of four households per booking. Local restrictions also apply – details of which can be found on the gov.uk website. Any bookings that are over this limit will not go ahead and your booking may be cancelled if you do not postpone or amend the guest total. By confirming your booking you are agreeing that your booking is for a maximum of six guests, and that in Scotland you are from no more than two households, and in Wales you are from no more than four households, and that you are also abiding any additional local restrictions. You forfeit the right to a refund on any deposits if you do not comply with this booking policy. Management reserve the right to refuse entry on arrival if they believe you are in breach of legislation. Management decision is final. R.O.A.R. E&OE.

How can I book with you?
Your enquiry becomes a confirmed booking when your payment card details have been accepted and/or you have paid the deposit that the booking may require.
Do you take a deposit when I book?
If you book any of the following:
- Table for Restaurant
- Table for Drinks
- Bottomless Brunch
- Premium Booth
We ask for either a 20% deposit or your card details at the time of enquiry to secure your booking.
If you book any of the following:
- Christmas party event
- Corporate event
- A large part of over 13 guests or more (excluding bottomless brunch)
We ask for a 20% deposit to be paid within 48 hours following your enquiry to confirm your booking.
If you fail to pay your deposit within 48 hours then your Provisional Booking will be cancelled and removed from our booking system.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your booking at any time within the Cancellation Window via our Booking Management Platform or by contacting the bar directly . The Cancellation Window Deadline differs by booking type as listed below:
- Table for Restaurant – up to 24 hours prior to Event
- Table for Drinks – up to 24 hours prior to Event
- Bottomless Brunch – up to 36 hours prior to Event
- Premium Booth – up to 36 hours prior to Event
- Masterclass, Christmas, Corporate and bookings of over 13 guests* (*excludes Bottomless Brunch) – 21 days prior to Event
A cancellation after the Cancellation Window stated above, or if you do not show for your booking, will result in your deposit being forfeited or your card being charged £10 per guest.
How do I amend or cancel my booking?

What is a pre-order and when do you need this confirmed by?
A pre-order is where we ask you and your guests to confirm your selection of food, drink or services from our packages in advance of your Event. This may be required as much as 14 days or as little as 24 hours ahead of your booked event. It is important that you check your booking details for this information. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder!
Can I add or change what I have ordered?
You can add or amend any part of your booking at any time via our online booking platform.
If your booking is after the Cancellation Window has expired e.g. less than 36 hours before a Brunch booking, please directly contact the bar hosting the Event and they will do their best to accommodate your requests but this cannot be guaranteed.
How long do I have my table for?
Your table or reserved area will be allocated for a maximum of 1hr and 45mins unless stated otherwise in your Booking Confirmation Email. If you wish to extend your booking for a longer period, please contact your hosting bar directly.
We will hold your table or reserved area for 15 minutes after your booking arrival time, at which point we reserve the right to clear the table or reserved area for other guests and you will forfeit your table or reserved area. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you do not show for your booking, you will forfeit your deposit, or your card will be charged £10 per guest.
How long will it take a booking refund to show?
We can only process refunds using the original method of payment. If you paid by card online, then refunds take 3-5 working days to process.
What is your dress code?
Dress codes vary from bar to bar; please check our website for more details prior to your arrival.
Other important stuff you need to know
Management reserves the right to refuse entry; a booking does not guarantee entry.
We operate an over 18s policy in our bars, please check your local bar page for more details and ensure you bring your photo ID (passport or driving license).
Payments can be made in venue or for corporates via BACS. BACS payments must be received a minimum of 14 days in advance of your Event date.
Please note that we now operate cashless venues.
Due to the reduced VAT rate period running till the 15th January 2021 on food and soft drinks, we are currently issuing Confirmations of Deposit upon receipt of your deposit. You will be issued a final VAT invoice, including reduced VAT rates where applicable, at the time of Event.
Events beyond our reasonable control (think COVID-19):
Sometimes things happen completely out of our control and we may need to move your Event to a different area in the venue, to another of our sites in the same city if possible, or postpone or cancel it. Such events would typically be:
- Acts of God, ie. Flood, drought, earthquake, natural disaster
- Terrorist attack, civil war, riots, war, armed conflict
- Epidemic or Pandemic
- Any new law or any action taken by the UK government or a public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, or failing to grant a necessary licence or consent
- Collapse of building, fire, explosion or any accident damaging our building, a neighbouring building, or a building in the vicinity, as a result of which our venue premises are deemed unsafe
- Issues with suppliers that means we are unable to supply the products we agreed to supply
- Power cut or the failure of any of our utility services
If any of the above apply and we need to make changes to your Booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. We can offer you a full refund or we can postpone your Booking for up to 18 months after the original date of your Event.
Sometimes we may have to make reasonable changes to your booking. We will contact you as far in advance as we can to let you know. Reasons for changes may include:
- Changes in legislation that require us to change our operating procedures
- Our food or drinks menus have been updated and your pre-ordered menu selections are no longer available
- The products you have pre ordered are unavailable or out of stock with our suppliers – we will always do our best to find a suitable alternative for you
If you want to change your package, then we will inform you of any price changes that may have taken place since your booking was confirmed. We will honour prices of packages included on your booking at time of confirmation but if you are looking to make additions to your package, those items will be subject to the latest prices.
What happens if we experience another pandemic such as COVID19?

NHS Track and Trace / Test and Trace
We are supporting the NHS Test and Trace initiative by capturing customer and booker information. This is a legal requirement and the easiest way to do this is to download the NHS COVID-19 app. If you are unable to do so, a member of our team will spend a couple of minutes with you to ensure we have the correct details for you.
The following information is captured for this purpose:
- Contact name
- Telephone number
We will do this via:
- At point of booking (email, telephone, social, website or app)
- Walk up bookings
- Via our wifi
Should NHS Test and Trace contact the bar to request this information they will be asked to contact our Sales & Marketing Director, at which point we are able to share this under the Data Protection Act 2018 to assist with this initiative. The NHS Test and trace contact will then contact everyone who was in the venue at that date and time. Data is stored in line with GDPR guidelines and any data collected specifically for NHS Track and Trace will be destroyed 21 days after collection.
Eat Out To Help Out
Subject to availability. Revolution is discounting all food and standard serve soft drinks to 50% on Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays throughout September and October. Discount will be available to all guests and guests may dine with us more than once each day. Management reserve the right to refuse. Not valid with any other discount and cannot be exchanged for any other products. For allergen advice and information on the booking policy, please visit our website. Revs App Offers 2020
Non-student offers are one extra hour of Happy Hour on top of the standard Happy Hour timings. Extra Happy Hour not available in Scotland as Scotland currently offer Happy Days. The additional hour of Happy Hour is an additional one hour extension after the bar’s current Happy Hour finishes. Happy Hour times differ depending on bar location, please check your local bar page for the respective time.
In England, offers available all day, every day except after 9pm on Saturdays, except 2-4-1 R-heart cocktails which are available Sundays – Fridays, and 25% off food all day, every day.
In Scotland, all offers available all day Tuesday – Friday.
2-4-1 R-Heart Cocktails offer not available in Scotland. In Scotland this offer is replaced with £4.50 on R-Heart cocktails Tuesday – Friday. 6 shot stick offer is priced at £9 in Scotland.
All student offers are only applicable if the customer has registered on the Revs App using their valid student email address.
New Student App Offer
Receive a free Rumbull (England & Wales bars) or a free margherita pizza (Scotland) when you download the Revs app for the first time and register with a valid student .ac.uk email address. The menu is subject to change and items may vary depending upon location. Not available in all Revolution venues. Please check with your server before ordering. Management reserve the right to refuse codes if the server has not been informed prior to ordering. Any upgrades or additional toppings are not included in the offer and you will be required to pay additional for these. The treat cannot be swapped for another item or a cash reward. A maximum of one code will be provided to each customer. The difference in treats depends on location and local license restrictions. E&OE. You must claim your treat by the 30th November 2020.
App Peel and Reveal Prizes

This entitles you to a margherita pizza. Subject to availability. The menu is subject to change and items may vary depending upon location. Not available in all our Revolution venues. Please check with your server before ordering. Management reserve the right to refuse codes if the server has not been informed prior to ordering. Any upgrades or additional toppings are not included in the offer and you will be required to pay additional for these. This offer cannot be exchanged for any other product. 6 shot stick peel and reveal prize
This entitles you to a 6 shot flavour stick. Subject to availability. The menu is subject to change and items may vary depending upon location. Not available in all our Revolution venues. A maximum of one code will be provided to each customer and can only be used once. Ten Shot Stick offer
Ten shot stick offer is not available in Scotland
Happy Hour is only valid on cocktails with the R-Heart logo. Mix and match is not available and both cocktails must be the same for the offer to be valid. Revolution Bars Group reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer without notice.
Happy Hour is Sunday – Friday until 9pm, 2-4-1 on all R-Heart logo cocktails. This applies to all bars unless listed below:
In Scotland, Happy Hour is replaced by Happy Days which is all day Sunday – Wednesday, where the offer is £4.95 R-Heart cocktails. Happy Days is not available across Scotland on New Year’s Day and Hogmanay.
Birmingham, Blackpool, Chester, Sunderland, and Clapham High Street: Happy Hour is every day until 9pm and the offer is 2-4-1 R-Heart logo cocktails.
Richmond: Happy Hour is Monday to Friday, 5pm – 7pm and the offer is £5 on R-Heart logo cocktails.
Club & Society Card
The Club & Society Card is available to contracted societies only, please refer to contract for details. The card will provide discounts on selected food and beverage products all year round. Please note that the Club & Society Card is valid for a calendar year from September to September. Card times, days and offers may vary upon location. See in bar for details. Club & Society Card offers are not available in conjunction with any other offer and are only valid in participating bars. Revolution reserves the right to refuse service and remind all customers to please drink responsibly.
Social Media Competitions
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over for any competition run on the Revolution social media channels.
Winners must satisfy the conditions outlined in the competition post, and enter via the mechanics detailed, within the stipulated time frame
Competitions and prizes may not be available at every bar, or may change dependent on bar location. Please check the social media competition post for details.
Prizes cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer.
Revolution Bars Group reserves the right to refuse service or change the prize at any time, and reminds all customers to please drink responsibly.
Lunch offer prices vary depending on bar location – please check in bar for more information. Offer not available in Liverpool Albert Dock, Inverness, Glasgow Renfield Street, Milton Keynes, Newcastle-Under-Lyme and Leadenhall bars. Offer includes the selection of dishes listed on the lunch menu, plus any R-Heart Cocktail, any soft drink (excluding bottled soft drinks), or a pint of Amstel. Items can not be substituted or switched, and any additions are chargeable separately. E&O.E.
Mega Monday Offer
Only available on Mondays, and only available during kitchen opening hours – see your local bar’s web page for details. Offer entitles the customer to 50% off the original price of any Pizza, Main, Burger and Salad on the food menu. Offer does not include Grazers, Desserts. Fries or Sides. Can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offer not available in Leadenhall & Inverness. E&O.E apply.
Lunch Loyalty Offer
Free drink from a selection of soft drinks, including Coca-cola, lemonade and fruit juices. Please ask your server for details. Offer valid from 11am-3pm, dependent on varying bar opening times – please check your local bar website page for specific opening times. Loyalty card with five stamps (one per visit) entitles holder to one free lunch from this offer. Subject to availability. Not available in conjunction with any other offer. Offer not available in Glasgow, Leadenhall, and Liverpool Albert Dock bars.
Birthday Emails and Codes
Subject to availability. The code entitles yourself and 5 friends to 1 complimentary cocktail or 1 bottled beer. One drink per person. Codes can only be redeemed on Fridays. Cannot be swapped or exchanged for any other products. You are not required to book, although this is advised to avoid disappointment. Management reserves the right to refuse or not accept offers at any times. Valid ID may be required to prove your age and your date of birth. Management decision on acceptance of codes is final. R.O.A.R. Alcohol is only available to those aged 18 years and over, valid ID may be required. Revolution Bars Group reminds you to drink responsibly.
2020 Instagram Competition
In order to claim your free drink, the entrant must tag @revolutionbars in their Instagram story once they receive the “free cocktail” result displayed. The free cocktail includes any single serve cocktail and is only available to those aged 18 years or older. Valid ID may be required. Free cocktail is not available to employees of Revolution Bars Group plc. Competitions and prizes may not be available at every bar, or may change dependent on bar location. This offer is not valid in Scotland, due to licensing. Please check the social media competition post for details. Prizes cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. Revolution Bars Group reserves the right to refuse service or change the prize at any time, and reminds all customers to please drink responsibly. 20 winners are chosen at random per day, Competition ends 31st January 2020 at 23:59. Entrants after this will not receive a free cocktail, even if the filter is still live.
Bottomless Brunch (England)
Bottomless Brunch is any single Brunch food item plus unlimited drinks from the selection on the brunch menu. You have two hour from the time of your order being taken to enjoy your Bottomless Brunch. Your drink must be finished before ordering your next from the selection. The whole table must be taking part in the offer. Maximum of 8 people per group. You may upgrade your food option from the upgrade selections in the brunch menu for an extra £2.50 per person. Drink upgrades are available as stated in the Brunch Menu for £10 per person. To upgrade drinks, everyone in the party must also upgrade. Offer times and availability may very on bar locations.

Brunch Social (Scotland, Richmond, Southend-on-Sea & Southampton – unavailable at our Renfield St Glasgow bar)
Brunch Social is any single Brunch food item plus 4 drinks from the selection on the brunch menu. You have two hour from the time of your order being take to enjoy your brunch. The whole table must be taking part in the offer. Maximum of 8 people per group. You may upgrade your food option from the upgrade selections in the brunch menu for an extra £2.50 per person. Offer times and availability may vary depending on bar locations. *Selected soft drinks include selected fruit juices and post mix.
- Cards are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase.
- Card value can be used for full or part balance at any Revolution bar.
- Any lost cards will only be replaced if they have been registered at https://store.revolution-bars.co.uk/
- Alcohol is only valid to those aged 18 years and over.
- This gift card is not proof of age and valid ID may be required.
- Management reserves the right to refuse.

Order at Table / Refunds / Cancellation
You must be aged 18 years or over to purchase alcohol in the UK. You will be refused service if you are unable to produce appropriate photo identification if requested and no refund will be issued.
You must place your order and have a confirmation before last orders, or you will not receive your items but you will still be charged. By placing your order you are confirming that your order will be processed before the cut off time and that you forfeit the right to a refund if you do not follow this.
It is not possible to amend or cancel orders once they are placed. If you have any problem with your order or payment please contact a member of staff for assistance.
All products and offers are subject to availability. We may offer alternative products or a refund where appropriate at our discretion.
We maintain sole discretion to refuse service to any individual in the pursuit of safety or adhering to local licencing objectives. In the event service is refused offering a refund will be at our discretion.
While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is based on inaccurate information.
Refunds may take between 3 and 10 working days depending on your bank.
These terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer to cancel certain contracts under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
