Thanks to a tropical combination of rum, coconut schnapps, pineapple and passion fruit, this is a drink that really is paradise in a glass.

Rum Bongo Cocktail ingredients
37.5ml Bacardi Superior rum
25ml TeichennƩ Coconut schnapps
12.5ml grenadine
12.5ml passion fruit purƩe
Pineapple juice to top
Rum Bongo Cocktail Recipe:
- Fill a decent highball glass with ice cubes and add the passion fruit purƩe (look out for it in your nearest fancy supermarket).
- Pour in the coconut schnapps, rum and grenadine, then stir vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Top up with pineapple juice and give another little stir before dropping in a couple of straws and serving
Then all you need to do is find a sun-drenched beachfront terrace on which to enjoy it. Or your sofa will do. Either is good.
