We set the challenge out to our talented chefs to create the ultimate Brooklyn inspired burger.

The competition took place in The Underground Kitchen in London early April, where four of our chef's from all different Revs battled it out for the win.

The Entries:

The Brooklyn Feelin’ Chilli Burger by Tom Townley from Revolution Wigan.

The Brooklyn Crunch by Drew Mirrams from Revolution Cambridge.

The Brooklyn Bhaji Burger by Jack King from Revolution Ipswich.

After careful consideration by our fabulous judges, the winner was chosen, and that winner is our Brooklyn Battered Bougie Burger by Sean Macdonald from Revolution Mitchell Street.
