Terms & Conditions  DARE TO BE DIFFERENT – REVOLUTION’S ULTIMATE DARE DEVIL COMPETITION

1. Eligibility
   To enter Revolution’s Ultimate Dare Devil Competition (the “Competition”), a guest must complete and submit the entry form provided. Employees of Neos Holdco LTD, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any other parties involved in the development, production, administration, or distribution of the Competition (including, but not limited to, Neos Holdco LTD), as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win.
2. Competition Period
   The Competition opens at 00:00 on 10th September 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 15th October 2024. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
3. Entry Requirements
   Revolution accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, misdirected, delayed, or fail to reach Revolution by the closing date for any reason. Proof of sending or attempt to enter does not constitute proof of receipt. Entries submitted via agents, automated systems, or third parties are invalid.
4. Winner Selection
   One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 16th October 2024. The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry. If the selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, Revolution reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5. The Prize
   There will be one (1) prize winner. The prize consists of Revolution sponsoring one entrant’s “ultimate dare devil” wish, subject to these Terms & Conditions. The total value of the prize shall not exceed £2,000 (two thousand British pounds).
6. Prize Allocation & Activation
   The prize will be allocated to the winner’s submitted wish list and reviewed by Revolution to determine feasibility, safety, legality, and alignment with brand values and operational considerations. Where the original wish is deemed achievable, Revolution will arrange a suitable activation to deliver the experience.

If the winner’s original wish is not reasonably possible due to operational, legal, safety, financial, or logistical constraints, Revolution reserves the right to propose alternative experiences of equal or similar value. Any alternative prize or amended activation will be discussed and agreed collaboratively between Revolution and the winner.

7. Prize Redemption & Timing
   There is no fixed or guaranteed redemption period for the prize. The timing and delivery of the prize experience will be determined by Revolution and scheduled at a time that best suits business demands, operational requirements, and activation opportunities. The winner acknowledges and agrees that flexibility may be required in relation to dates, locations, and format of the prize experience.
8. General Prize Conditions
   The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Any elements of the prize not expressly stated are excluded. Revolution reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control require it.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
   Revolution will use personal data submitted by entrants solely for the purposes of administering and managing the Competition, unless otherwise stated in the entry details or where additional consent has been provided. By entering, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data for these purposes, in accordance with Revolution’s privacy policies.
10. General
    By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Revolution reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. The Competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
