It’s finally here.
Filled with beautiful botanicals, inventive mixers and the very best gin brands from around the world… We’re celebrating the arrival of summer with the tastiest line-up of cocktails.
And to make sure you find your new favourite blend, let us talk you through every last one of our new GIN FEST cocktails.
ROSE GARDEN
Imagine: the Queen is coming to your house. The Queen! In your living room! And she’s requested a gin and tonic! But you can’t serve a basic gin and tonic to the Queen, can you? That’s absurd!
So bring her down to Revolution and order this instead. Hendrick’s gin and Fever-Tree Naturally Light tonic water with a hint of rose syrup, with a mint and cucumber garnish.
It’s guaranteed to get even Her Royal Highness in the mood for mischief.
SUNRISE PUNCH
A super-sweet hit of Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla gin and Aperol shaken with lemon, grenadine, orange and apple juice.
If that radiant roll call of ingredients doesn’t make it clear enough (and it is very clear), this cocktail invokes heavy ‘feet up by the side of a pool under the heat of the Spanish sun’ vibes.
BAKEWELL TART
It’s the kind of cocktail you’re always slightly afraid Mary Berry will burst in halfway through, thinking she is still judging GBBO.
She’s so close now, Mary Berry, you can smell her expensive old lady perfume. She’s going to take this cocktail out of your hand and mull over the sweet flavours of Bombay Sapphire gin, sweet almond syrup, lemon, pineapple and cranberry juice. She’s smacking her lips. Looking cheeky. She glances over at Paul Hollywood… And her final verdict?
Exceedingly good. Very nice indeed.
PARMA VIOLET
Delightfully old school and totally delicious.
We’re making your sweet dreams come true with Beefeater Pink gin, Teichenné Peach schnapps with violet syrup, lemon, grenadine, cranberry and pineapple juice. AND we’ve added everybody’s favourite packet of sweets as a finishing touch.*
*And if you don’t love Parma Violets? Well, probably order something else, kiddo.
MONKEY BUSINESS
A cocktail so good it’ll make you swing from the trees.
“Do you get many dates with jokes like that?” you ask, and we have to admit that no, we don’t, but Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry gin and Fever Tree Naturally Light tonic water with a touch of sweet lavender, lemon and mint makes for the most amazing gin and tonic, so why even bother being funny?
GLUG JUG
Introducing the newest addition in a long-running series we like to call Cocktails You Order Simply To Steal The Thing It’s Served In Because You’re All Terrible Terrible People.
Filled with Plymouth gin and Beefeater Pink gin shaken with strawberry purée, passion fruit syrup, lime and pineapple juice, this is such a sweet fruity dream it’s enough to make you almost forget about stealing the Glug Jug. Almost.
GO SLOE
Plymouth Sloe gin, lemon juice and fruity Mr Lyan Superfly soda. Packed with flavours of sweet redcurrant, zesty grapefruit and white grape, don’t take the name too seriously…
Because this magical, mouthwatering mix goes down fast whether you like it or not.
PASSION FRUIT MOGINTO
Now here’s a cocktail that really doesn’t play by the rules.
For a seasonal, juniper-based twist on a classic Mojito, we’ve added Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla gin, passion fruit purée, sugar, mint and lime, then topped it all with soda and even more passion fruit. And you know what?
It tastes just right.
SAPPHIRE SLING
This is one sweet combination with unlimited party possibilities.
For our bold Sapphire Sling we’ve taken Bombay Sapphire gin, Cointreau, lemon, pineapple and cranberry juice, before garnishing the whole mix with a very special cherry. Not that kind of cherry. Ugh. Mind out of the gutter, yeah? God. Ugh.
AMERICAN BRAMBLE
Done it, guys. We’ve done it. We’ve figured out how to make the bramble even tastier, somehow. It turns out you just make it really really American.
Take what Ryan Reynolds would call ‘a helluva lot’ of Aviation gin, mix it with lemon, sugar syrup and blackcurrant liqueur, then just try to resist the most beautiful balance of sweet and sharp. Spoiler alert: You will not resist.
TANQ’D UP
Simply order ‘the best gin and tonic that’s not actually just a gin and tonic’ at the bar and you’ll get our Tanq’d Up.
We’ve taken Tanqueray No. TEN gin with apricot syrup, pineapple and passion fruit, topped it with Fever-Tree Naturally Light tonic water, and ended up with?
A suave cocktail that’s fully loaded with fruity feels and lots of fun.
Well, what are you waiting for? Book a table right now and leave the stirrin’ to us, as we prepare more botanical blends than you’ve ever seen.
